Sleeping Stages and Release of HgH

Did you know that your Growth Hormone ( GH ) is produced, at Night, when you sleep?
And then it is released during a certain period of time during the Sleep Cycle?

The Circadian Rhythm - Built-In Body Clock

Research studies show that Human Growth Hormone ( HGH ) is made at night, after we fall asleep. This is one of key reasons why we should make it a routine to get to sleep sometime between 9 pm and 10 pm in the evening. This is also discussed in this related blog article that explains various natural ways to elevate your HGH levels: Helpful Ideas To Grow Young.

Then at a certain time during the Sleep Cycle, the Pituitary Gland secretes your Growth Hormone into the brain and the rest of the body. This takes places in a pattern that researchers call - pulses or waves. This release then occurs when we are in a certain critical period of deep sleeping. These pulses are based on is called the Circadian Rhythm, which is a built-in / internal time clock in our bodies. This is what establishes the time frames and cycles of all the metabolic processes, functions and activities which take place every day and every night in our bodies.

Furthermore, researchers have discovered the greatest portion of Human Growth Hormone is typically released into our brains and bodies during the second half of our sleeping time. Therefore, it is critical that we get an adequate amount of quality sleep, because that specific time period is when the Pituitary Gland and Hypothalamus Grand are stimulated to release of the Growth Hormone that has been made and is stored in the brain.

Sleep Stages One and Two - "Light Sleep"

There are four ( 4 ) unique Stages of Sleep that we progress through in our Sleeping Cycle every night. Each of these stages plays an important part in the healing and restoration of our brains and our bodies. As we move through the sleeping cycle, we progress from one phase to the next. Each stage can last for about ninety ( 90 ) minutes. The first three ( 3 ) of these Stages are appropriately called Stage N1, Stage N2 and Stage N3. And Stage Four is called "REM Sleep", which we will explain at the end.

During the three "N Stages" ( N1, N2 & N3 ), there are NO movements of our eyes, which are called - Rapid Eye Movements ( R E M ). However, each of these "N-REM Stages of Sleep" are vital for our physical and mental healing and restoration. As a result, if we do not get sufficient quality of aleep, or if we only get small durations of sleep, which are called - "Fragmented Periods of Sleep", then we could experience many different kinds of health issues and problems. Research have studied patterns of sleep and learned that about 75% of the total amount of sleep that we get at night occurs during these first three ( 3 ) Stages of N-REM Sleep.

Various conditions of our bodies and brains are noticeable during these first three sleep stages. This includes the following: slower levels of breathing, lower heart rate, less movement of our muscles and less brain waves. The actions and processes of our bodies and our brains simply slow down during these phases. These time periods of less activities in our bodies and brains is what allows the repair and healing processes to take place.

Stage N1 and Stage N2 are "Light Sleep" periods of time. When we reach Stage N3, we enter into the time period that is called "Deep Sleep".

Sleep Stage Three - "Deep Sleep"

Scientists believe that this Third Stage of Sleep ( N3 ) is the most important period of time during the Sleeping Cycle - because this enables our bodies and brains to repair, heal and restore themselves.

During this period of "Deep Sleep", the heart rate and blood pressure decline. And these decreases in various bodily functions and processes are critical for the healing and repair of our cardiovascular system. But as we grow older in age, many people simply do NOT get enough of this "Deep Sleep" stage.  Consequently, men and women who are older, and are lacking sufficient "Deep Sleep" will generally have a greater risk of experiencing various problems of high blood pressure and other similar health issues, such as heart failure, stroke or Type 2 Diabetes.

Moreover, it is specifically during the "Deep Sleep" of the N3 Stage of Sleep
that the release of our Growth Hormone ( GH ) takes place from the Pituitary Gland

Thus that secretion of Growth Hormone happens at the very same time when our brains and bodies are going through that critical time of healing and repairing themselves. Thus there is a clear connection between the quality of our sleep and the ( production and ) release of our Human Growth Hormone. And this is what using the anti-aging GHR Platinum Hgh Enhancer products is designed and intended to do. It helps our bodies increase the levels of GH, which then slow down, stop and even reverse many of the symptoms of aging and growing old.

Additionally, it so happens that it is within the First Few Minutes of the start of the
period of "Deep Sleep" - that the greatest amount of our Growth Hormone is released

This phase of "Deep Sleep" is also called "Slow Wave Sleep". The reason is that most of our brain wave activity during this time is of a type that is characterized by Slow Wave Frequencies. During this time, the electrical impulses in the brain change, as the body relaxes more into deep, restorative sleep. Each period of this "Slow Wave Sleep" can last between approximately twenty ( 20 ) to forty ( 40 ) minutes.

But we grow older in age, the amount of time that we spend in this "Deep Sleep" / "Slow Wave Sleep", declines steadily. And this also seems to be one of the many symptoms of the Process of Aging. And what are the effects and impacts to our health, as a result of our being less and less time in this critically-needed period of the "Deep Sleep" / "Slow Wave Sleep"? It causes a similar decline in the healing and restoration of our brains and bodies, at night, when we sleep. Therefore, as we get older, we notice and suffer more and more of the many symptoms of aging. But you can change all of that, simply by using one of the GHR Platinum anti aging products. You can now - slow down, stop and even reverse, many of the symptoms of growing old.

Sleep Stage Four - "REM Sleep"

The Fourth Stage of Sleep is the time in the Sleeping Cycle when dreaming allegedly takes place It is also often called "REM" Sleep, since it is during this time, that our eyes actually move behind our closed eyelids. These movements are called "Rapid Eye Movements" ( "REM" ). Researchers believe that this very important "REM" Sleep is necessary to help support healthy cognitive functions, such as memory and learning. It is also during this period of time that the brain deals with emotional processing of things. So it is vitally important that we get sufficient "REM" Sleep for our mental and emotional well-being.
